Mr. McGill is a Peoria native and has proudly live within the community since 1961. He graduated from Bradley University in 1983, and Southern Illinois University School of Law in 1986, where he also served as he Supervising Associate Editor of the SIU Law Journal.
Mr. McGill is a member of the Peoria County and Illinois State Bar Associations. During his over 38 years of practice, he has practiced in over 25 counties throughout the State of Illinois, both at the Federal and State court levels.
